Our national award winning office is located right in the heart of the Devonport village at 18 Clarence Street right opposite the New World supermarket and Hammer Hardware store.

This office has a very strong presence in our community and we have both the sales and our rental divisions in the one location for the convenience of our clients. We also have a window display of rental properties that are available.

Our property management division is one of the largest in the area and we are proud to be able to look after so many of our client’s property, as well as doing casual renting for our clients in Devonport, Belmont, Bayswater and Takapuna boroughs. Our property management team has received customer service awards and is very experienced in all aspects of this business.
